In the spirit of all your new gifts you’ve started to put to use after the holiday and the new VAIO W, the eco model, I”d like to share a video produced last month by photo craft DIY blogger, Photojojo.
With gifts come wrappings. With new gadgets come product packaging & boxes.
We asked the infamous bloggers to take Sony products and create videos that help fans do more. This time, in the theme of “eco-friendly”, they took our WX1 Cyber-shot camera and took a few photos. From there, they used a variety of opened products boxes plus left over holiday wrapping paper, and created an easy but stylish photo frame. These frames reminded me of items I’d find at small stationary boutiques (that go for $30+). I could also see this being a fun craft to do with your kids; especially around Valentine’s day as a gift to mom or dad.
With a little creativity and the tools you likely used to unbox your gadgets, you can turn what would have been wrapping waste into framing fun.

I personally enjoyed this video because it’s an example of what happens after your Sony product comes home. If you’ve done creative things using your Sony camera or have cool tips, home theater set ups worth sharing and other stories to tell, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d love to feature you.
Now I do want to point out that although the Webbie featured in the beginning of this video, we now offer the bloggie.
