Michael Jackson had so much influence and imprint in the world of music that the news of his death is shocking and hard to grip. What I appreciate the most about Michael Jackson’s musical career, is that he was an African-American who created such depth and significance when equality and barrier-breaking was still in process in America. He was able to do what his Motown labelmates, The Supremes, did which is come from humble beginnings, work hard, master the craft and become one of the greatest to ever serve the industry. Although Michael Jackson was able to go where very few went musically and historically.

Despite Michael Jackson’s choices that differed from many others, I feel that reflecting on the good he brought and accomplished is appropriate and just. So many talents today are a product of his influence and charisma. Many Thanks to Sony for allowing Michael Jackson to share his talents with the world on their label during the latter part of his career. Much Respect and Prayers go to his family during this time.

I have the KDL-46XRB9 and have been trying unsuccessfully to get Macrovision to update the TV Guide for Comcast Montgomery County, MD.
I get nothing but excuses every time they respond. The TV Guide feature is a big factor in why I made the decision to purchase this television. I think at minimum a customer should be able to go into settings and edit a station to reflect what is actually shown and assign a proper logo. If it were not for this factor and TV Guides producer being unresponsive I would be an extremely happy customer; unfortunately this is not the case; below is my latest communication to Macromedia sent about an hour ago.

Since I can’t get reasonable help from this end, I just sent Sony an email:
I have contacted; and on numerous occasions attempting to get them to update the COMCAST Montgomery County MD TV Guide listing. They indicate to me that they are only responsible for up to channel 99. I purchased this TV because of the feature of TV guide because I preferred the look and feel of TV Guide to the cable box guide; I will have to rate this TV as a big disappointment due to no one will help.
